Collection: COMING SOON: The Diableries!

In the last 6 months I've been hiding away, recovering from life, but never not making art. I'm so excited to share what I've been working on. Let me tell you a little about it:

What are the Diableries?

The Diableries were a series of 19th-century French stereoscopic photographs depicting elaborate scenes of Hell populated by devils, skeletons, and other fantastical figures. As explored in Brian May and his co-authors’ Diableries: Stereoscopic Adventures in Hell, (I HIGHLY recommend this book) these theatrical scenes combined dark humor and fantasy with social, political, and religious satire.

What will I find in this series?

Many of the original Diableries but recreated with- hear me out- frogs! (Allows for gasps and applause to ensue).

You might be asking: why frogs Cabrini?

And as usual, I don't really know. I don't question the muses when they gift me these ideas. I just know that these are going to be one of the most special pieces of work I've ever created, and I'm excited you're along for the ride.

Each piece is only available for sale at its original size (9x12). I'll be describing each one in great detail on my social channels (Tik Tok, Instagram). Tune in to learn more about my process, how I chose each piece and my favorite elements.
